An uninspiring turf and gravel garden was re designed to make the most of the large space. White limestone paving was matched to the kitchen floor providing a seamless transition from inside out. A 'Yellow Balau' hardwood deck provides warmth underfoot and in tone while smooth rendered planters add a contemporary note. The design is geometric, clean and simple while exuberant planting softens the edges and provides year round interest.
Split into zones the garden now offers generous space for eating and entertaining, playing on the lawn or sitting and reading.
